Patty-Cake-Patty- Cake---- Ethan is recovering!

Last night Ethan woke up several of times in pain but was able to fall back asleep immediately. This morning was a little hard on Ethan because his stomach was not feeling so well, and sadly he vomited a couple of times. We are still unsure why he got sick to his stomach, we are guessing a mixture of pain from surgery and medicine. Later this afternoon you would have never guessed he had such a rough start of the day. Ethan was playing patty cake and smiling away. So far, Ethan has kept down clear liquids and little by little some breast milk. As long as he continues to keep down all of his yum yum "food" he can go home. One of Ethan's doctor's just came in and said Ethan looks great and more than likely we will get to go home tomorrow.
It is so hard to constantly go all day, without sleep for the past two days. All we have to do is look at our precious Ethan's face and his sweet little eyes and we somehow get energy instantly to keep going. Ethan is our world, and an amazing fighter.
We will update when Ethan is home. Ethan's doctors report to us that Ethan is recovering great and looks healthy!
