Our Silly Monster

Our Silly Monster has been keeping us very busy lately. He is all Big Boy now with a very handsome haircut thanks to his Beautiful Auntie. Ethan looks like a big boy and acts like a big boy!  He wants to do everything on his own with no help. Very smart, fun, and energetic. I truly love this Big Boy Stage (minus the terrible twos ha! :)

We are so thankful that Ethan continues to do so well. I cannot believe that almost a year ago on March 1st, was Ethan's second big surgery that lasted almost 13 hours. After this surgery was two scary unexpected procedures. Not a day goes by that I do not praise Jesus on how thankful I am for Ethan. I thank the lord on how well he is doing today. He is one special "big boy".

A Special Visit

This past week we headed out of town 3 hours away to visit Nathan's grandparents (Ethan says Nana and Paw-Pa). We cherished every minute we spent with them. Ethan absolutely adores his great-grandparents. We all had a great time, and miss them already. It was a very Special Visit. We love you Nana and Paw-Pa!

Happy Birthday Grandma

Today is my Mother's Birthday. I truly believe my Mother is the most amazing woman I know. Not only is she my mother, she is my best friend. She is so beautiful inside and out. We are so lucky and incredibly blessed to have her.  WE LOVE YOU MOM.

Ethan sure does love his Grandma! Getting ready to give her the biggest Birthday Kiss ever!

Sesame Street Live!!!!

This weekend Nathan and I took Ethan to see Sesame Street Live! All of us were beyond excited for this event. This was the first time Ethan has been to anything like this.
Prior to the show Ethan could not stop talking about what he was going to tell Elmo and Oscar. Ethan would say "Mommy and Daddy, I save this bite of snack for Elmo" or "Me tell Oscar he is stinky"
The show was amazing! We all had a blast. Nathan and I probably enjoyed it as much as Ethan. Ethan was well behaved the entire show ( I was a little nervous at first about a 2 year sitting more then two minutes hehe). He sat on my lap from the beginning to the end.  He was so happy. He loved dancing and being silly. The entire experience was so special!
