Hello Everyone It's Mama Lisa...
Before I post pictures of the most adorable
little baby boy ever.... I want to share how I feel. The day I found out I was pregnant my whole entire life changed for the best. Nathan my hubby and I could not have been happier. From my first doctor visit for my pregnancy to my last, from morning sickness to nesting, from my first trimester to my third trimester.... I have enjoyed every single second of my
pregnancy and would not change a thing. When Nathan and I heard the news that our
little baby boy may have some kidney issues we were very sad but had always stayed strong for our Ethan. We worked through the hard times that came to us with my pregnancy... and got through every single obstacle for Ethan. I had a scare in early July that one Prenatal Specialist Doctor from South Bend Hospital thought
Ethan may have to be delivered... soon after ... then god and Ethan's angels made a call in
Indianapolis that he was not ready... he was WAY TO STRONG AND NEEDED MAMA'S TUMMY TO GROW. And that Ethan did.... Driving to Indianapolis every week was well worth seeing his cute little nose and lips.. and hand always in front of his face on my ultrasounds. And here I am now... I had the most amazing delivery in this world. Honestly, my family and husband can tell you. Even know I had to be in labor for three days..after being induced on Monday August 11
th 2008 , it was AMAZING. On Wednesday August 13
th, at 1pm my water broke... then the action took place. Hours later I was ready to push to meet our miracle Ethan Lee Badger.... I only had to push for a half in hour "my mother and I believed it was because I focused on bringing Ethan into this world with no stress and the wonderful doctor and nurse that guided me through it all made the delivery go so smoothly" ... Then came into this world Ethan Lee Badger... like I said everything about him was well worth it. When Nathan looked into my eyes with tears, while I held Ethan for the first time was the best moment in my life. Hearing my mother cry with joy in the delivery room warmed my heart. Ethan new me instantly when I held him it was so special...
Now, my hubby and I are back at home after a long stay at the hospital. Nathan, Ethan,
Dora our doggy, and I are such a happy family. We were very thankful for the wonderful care Ethan and I
received at the hospital. We were also so thankful for the family and friends that came and spent time with us. I want to thank my family for taking care of me all summer with all of my cravings, and doctor visits, I just could not be more thankful. Words could not even discribe how I feel about them and all they have done for Nathan, Ethan and I.
So i could go on and on, for days about all of this but I will stop here and post
pictures of Ethan.
thanks again for the prayers and support.... we truly appreciated all of it!!!
