It's Almost 2010!!!!

A little after Christmas, when we had so much snow ( the word on the street is we are about to get more) Daddy, Mommy, Ethan, and our doggy Dora decided to go sledding at Ja's and Grammie's house. It was Ethan's first time sledding! He loved the sledding part but he was not a big fan of how cold the snow was. He was very interested in it though. He was so worn out from sledding he took almost a 3hr nap that afternoon. We cannot wait to go again! I love these two cuties!
The Doggies enjoyed playing !

Such a Wonderful Christmas!!!

This year we had an Amazing Christmas!!! It was very special and Ethan had a blast! We love our family and are so thankful we were able to spend it with ALL of them On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! We were more than happy that Ethan was feeling better! We did not know what to expect since he was just getting over from being sick from last week. He was so fun and so happy! We had delicious food at my parents on Christmas Eve, and on Christmas morning I made yummy breakfast casseroles. On Christmas day the hubby made a roast for his family...everything turned out great! Ethan loved and I mean loved opening presents and of course being spoiled with love from family. He did such a good job with knowing how to open the presents. He would inspect every present and of course put it aside, he really wanted to just play with everyone! So far his favorite toys are his new scooter & safety helmet! I always dreamed of the day that we would spend the day after Christmas playing with our Child's toys and putting them together like our parents did with us growing up!
We are looking forward to the New Year & had so much fun celebrating Jesus Birthday this week! Thank you Family and Friends for making our Christmas so SPECIAL! Here are just some of my favorite pictures from Christmas....... The Post below is a link to all of the pictures. Hope you all had a very Merry & Blessed Christmas!
Sweet Ethan Lee!
He Loves sitting in his new Chair like a Big Boy!

He has his new knee pads on while munching on a cookie. He is a pure cookie monster!
We know he is still little for a scooter like this, but he does really good on it! He will love it even more come the spring time. Thanks Gammie and Ja!

We cannot wait to take Ethan sledding!!! It's snowing like crazy here. Ill defiantly make a separate post for a sledding day!

He LOVES his new train. Ethan will say "chooo choo" and sound something out like" train tracks"
.

Such a handsome little Guy on Christmas Eve!

Wish You A Merry Chirstmas!!!

This past week we all have been passing a nasty 24hr flu bug around our house. Poor Ethan even had to go to the Emergency Room Saturday Night for a couple of things. As of today we are doing well and are hopefully back to being healthy for the holidays. Sometimes it is so hard to tell if Ethan does not feel good, in the morning he could be completely fine and then come afternoon...different story! So , with all of us being sick ... I am even more busier than what I expected for the holidays! I have to play catch up on everything! I am hoping for a healthy 2010 that's for sure!
I am so excited for Ethan to enjoy Christmas. We want to start a couple traditions this year and keep them going as our family grows. Making cookies together for Santa is one of them, and another is reading "The Story of Christmas". The most important is going to church to celebrate Jesus! We want to raise Ethan knowing what Christmas is all about. I do not want him to think its all about presents,Santa, and being busy. There is more to Christmas than just that! The next couple of days we plan on cherishing with our Little Guy! Hope all is well with Everyone!

We wanted to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas!

Here is a quick picture of my sisters gorgeous Tree! Her house is so cute all decorated for Christmas!

Santa's Little Helper!

This morning something extremely funny happened in the Badger household. I was getting ready to give Ethan a bath so I began to undress him and he quickly ran away from me naked! I just knew I had to get him as quick as I could!. So I quick grabbed a towel and made sure the water was where it needed to be (this took seconds) and ran to get Ethan. When I got to where Ethan was, I found a naked toddler sitting next to a dog with two unwrapped gifts from under our tree. How this all happened in seconds is beyond me...but IT DEFINITELY DID. It literally takes seconds for anything to go down!
All I know, is that Ethan and our Dog Dora were acting like it was no big deal. I was so thankful my little guy didn't pee on anything! The mess from them looked as if it took hours to do! If I only had my camera ready....ha! It was sooo funny! The Mommy Moments are just way to funny sometimes!
Here are some pictures from this past week of the little guy himself being as cute as a button! This kiddo makes my heart melt!
Hope you all have a great week preparing for Christmas! Good Night...off to more wrapping!

Just in time for Santa!

It's defiantly been snowing around here all day. I think the snow started last night. I cannot wait to see what Ethan thinks of the snow when we finally get a chance to take him to play in it!
I am so glad Ethan's stocking came in the mail ...just in time for Santa. I love it, and I think it goes nicely with ours!
