Ethan's First Haircut

We finally gave in...Ethan had his first haircut yesturday. We said

 good-bye to all of his long precious baby hair (it was getting so

long)! It was more emotional than I thought it would be, we stood there

and watched our baby turn into a big boy right before our eyes! We were

so thankful that Auntie Shannon did his first cut. She even got a

little teary eyed! We were surprised that Ethan held still for most of

the cut. Thank god for the hot pink spray bottle and let's not forget

the candy!!!! He held the spray bottle the entire time and squirted his

daddy with it..this made him laugh so hard. Thankfully, after his big

boy cut we noticed he still had most of his curl in his hair. We love this!

It was such a fun moment to watch. It is just crazy how our baby turned

into a roaring toddler over night! He is 17 months old today!

 My parents, Shannon, Nathan, Ethan, and I all went to lunch before his cut. The day was so much fun and we were so thankful we could all be together to watch such a fun moment!
