Constant

Since my last post, nothing has really changed.  We are trying to control Ethan's pain as best we can but unfortunetly he is still in constant pain.  We are able to pick him up, rock him and try to comfort him as best we can.  Everything seems to heading in the right direction as we continue to gather support from everyone around us.  Ethan recieved a special visit from a pastor today, blessing him on the road to recovery. It was such an amazing feeling for us to know that our dear friend Monica and her family sent their amazing pastor our way to help our sweet miracle heal!  We will keep everyone updated if anything changes, but remember - No news is good news!

Hang in there.....This is the worst part! Its sooo hard to see your child in pain. You just want to take their place. But, you're right about being your child's voice. The doctors kept telling us "no water" at all for the first 24 hours....But, Braxton's mouth was sooo dry. He was in so much pain. So, I took a little bit of water out of my water bottle and put enough in his mouth to keep it moist (when the nurses were not looking)....Braxton felt sooo much better....And he was fine with the amount of water I gave him.
We're think of you guys hourly....Please keep us updated. Tif

So glad everything is going well. He's a tough little guy. He's going to pull through just fine. I'm keeping you all in my prayers!! Just talked to Bud this evening.
Give him kisses for me.
