Ten Months Old!! Part One

We feel extremely blessed to celebrate Ethan turning ten months old. Ethan is doing so well these days. We cannot get enough of our little guy, he is our World. We cannot believe in just two short months Ethan will be turning one! We are so proud of how strong Ethan has been for the past ten months.... he is such an amazing baby! In less than a month we will go back to Riley Hospital to find out information on his next big surgery and they will run a couple of tests. Please pray for our Ethan and his next visit, we hope and pray for the best. We know that God is taking care of our Ethan and he has a plan. Ethan is such a blessing.!!!!

We love each and every stage Ethan goes through. He has such an awesome personality. He is a very outgoing- calm-happy baby. He is so funny these days. Ethan gets into EVERYTHING and continues to be such an explorer.

Ethan What Are You Up To These Days?
-You have a new favorite show Word World- You are so fascinated by this show! As soon as it comes on you dance and talk no matter what mood you are in.

-You understand some sign language-( more, eat, drink, sleep) You are a very smart baby! When we sign eat to you you make a really loud noise of ummmm mum mum mum.You say mum mum when you want to eat. When you want more... you slam your hands down and sound out more more, Auntie Shannon taught you this! You take your medicine like a champ... we call it "num nums" and you make the sound nummm mmm.

- You like to do "roll call" on everyone around you. You check to see if everyone is still around, your eyes get real big when doing this. If you are around a stranger you keep looking to make sure where they're at at all times. Your head is very busy turning when looking at everyone.

- You know how to look at something when we ask where it is??For example...where is... light, dog, daddy, mama, car many more. You enjoy looking at pictures of family and pictures out of a story book. You get all excited and talk.

-When you look at a light you say ly ly ly ly , it sounds like you are saying light. Lights are like so cool for you.

-You are a little fishy you continue to love the water. You cry sometimes when we take you out of the pool.- You enjoy eating baby foods mama makes you and you REALLY enjoy eating bread ,fruit, and some pasta. You love to eat.. If we are late on a meal watch out... you are not a happy camper !!

- When daddy gets home from work you go crazy over him! Oh and you finally say..... drum roll please...... DA DA DA DA DA! You LOVE to wrestle with daddy!

- You are very well behaved at restaurants. You love to look around and talk to everything and everyone.. and you are extremely nosey.. you love to people watch. Hmmm... I WONDER where you got that from! Ha!

-Singing and dancing to music is your favorite thing to do these days. You love nursery rhymes. You do patty cake, and where is thump kin really good!

-You like to show us how big you are daily, with your hands up in the air 24/7. You like it when someone says high five so you can slap their hand. Most recently, you like to play peek with a blanket.

-Your hair is starting to curl every way it can. You hair has grown like crazy.

- Toddlers are the cool thing these days, you love to watch them play @ playgroups and in our neighborhood.

-When you play with toys you pick them up. Most of the time the toys are bigger than you.... and you would rather pick them up then play with them. You are like so Dramatic when picking these toys up... you make grunting sounds. When you do this it is so darn funny.

-You sleep through the night at times but still have some nights when you wake up a couple times. You wake up at 6 am on the dot! You take two naps a day. You love being on a schedule!

- You HAVE to take your shoes off when your riding in the car. Oh and this month you get to go pick out a BIG BOY car seat... this makes mommy and daddy sad..... but we are still SO excited :)

- Still no teeth... but ...... two are coming in on the bottom.... we THINK????
