Weekend Wrap-up and Many Other Things to Blog About
This weekend was so special to us. We had the chance to meet Burke's new baby brother Baby Dane at the hospital. Baby Dane wasn't even a day old yet! We were so thankful to have spent time with Baby Dane. Dane was super precious, cute, and cuddly! He is such a calm baby. Laurie looked amazing after just having a baby by the way!We are so happy for the Penziol's newest addition. We also had our Fall Family pictures. I am excited to see how they all turned out! Now we are at home just relaxing and watching Football of course:) This post is going to be long, it goes onto our past two weekends as well. Hopefully this week we will be able to blog about Nathan's side of the family the Eisele's http://theeiselefamilyblog.blogspot.com/ they are to have precious twin girls this week. We are praying:) Until then......

Just some Fun pictures from Today. We love spending the weekend with Daddy!
Here is Big Brother Lincoln. I have watched Lincoln grow and remember holding him when he was as little as his new baby brother. Lincoln is such a sweet happy big brother. I miss them oh so much.
Now onto last weekend ......
Here is a picture my Father took of Ethan when they went to this huge fun park. My parents kept Ethan last weekend so Nathan and I could attend a Purdue University football game with some of our family and friends, and then the next day (Sunday) we went to the Colts game. The Purdue game was fun because they were playing Ball State (BSU is where Nathan and I graduated from!). The colts game was amazing! They played a great game and ended with a big win. The game was one of a kind because it was Manning against Manning (Colts vs. The Giants). It was a fun filled Football weekend! The weekend was extra fun because I had the opportunity to visit my bestie Ashley, her family, and her son Jack . They were in town visiting there family. While visiting them, Jack was showing me his golf and baseball skills (Jack is already a pro at both of these sports), I just love him to pieces!I was so thankful to spend time with them, I sure do miss them!! Now, I cannot wait to meet Jack's baby brother on the way in 2 short months!
Last weekend was a blast! Nathan and I had the best time together. We missed Ethan like crazy but knew he was well taken care of and having the time of his life. My parents were so kind to take Ethan to the apple orchard, movie store, and the park! We thank you Mom and Dad for letting us get away for the weekend!

Okay, since i haven't been on here as much as I would like I want to share some "Moments" we have had the past couple weekends....
I had a quick opportunity to finally meet Baby Beckett Dubord. I fell in love with this sweet baby instantly. Unfortunately, I became sick so I was not able to stay and visit them. It was a sweet visit while it lasted. We are so happy for the Dubord's newest addition. He is so perfect and such a doll baby. We miss them so very much!

Labor Day Weekend
This weekend was full of traveling and spending time with both sides of our family. We traveled very far to daddy's hometown and spent time with his grandparents and both sides of his parents. Ethan was a champ during the car ride(thank you dvd's ha). We were so happy to finally spend time with Nathans family, its been so long .During our visit there, we had a little 2nd Birthday celebration for Ethan! We all had such a good time talking, eating, and celebrating. We sure do miss them already.
We ended the weekend with my family back at our home sweet home. We enjoyed eating out, shopping, spending time outdoors, and simply relaxing. I have enjoyed the 3 hour long naps Ethan has been taking since we arrived back home. I was able to clean, organize, and bake. It was a fun-filled family weekend, and we were so thankful we spent it that way!

Big Boy Check Up, Football, and Build a Bear!!!!
Last Thursday, we had Ethan's "Two Year Old" well visit! I have to say we were all excited for this appointment!!! It has been so long since we had just a "normal" routine visit. I hate to complain or vent, but for a long time now we have had to go to the doctor for only health issues relating to Ethan's condition. So let's just say we felt very blessed, and hope to continue to feel blessed!
Ethan is weighing in at exactly 30 POUNDS AND 6 OUNCES.
Ethan is very tall for his age. He is a little above 3ft TALL, putting him in the 86%.
Overall, the entire visit went great! Ethan is talking at an advanced level as well as other skills, Dr. said he was advanced! Dr. said everything looks good with Ethan. Nathan and I were so happy and thanked god for such AWESOME news.
Ethan made Mommy and Daddy proud showing the doctor how he can count to 11, say colors, shapes, say who is a boy or who is a girl, repeat what happens in his favorite books, movies, or shows, animal sounds, and just being plain SILLY! He even told his doctor where everyone in our family works. Just today Ethan started saying his full name!
Here is a picture of Ethan being silly at his 2 year old well visit....
Last week was the first pre-season game for the colts.. Ethan already loves Colts football! This is all because of his daddy! He loves watching the game with his Daddy, and he really LOVES tackling his Daddy. His favorite thing to do is say 'hut hut ..hike" then he proceeds to do a somersault.... ha! We already have a pretty big collection of game day gear for Ethan. Last weekend, When Ethan was at my parents house.... they had a football game on and apparently Ethan said "no colts" then tilted his head. He knew that it wasn't the Colts playing on television... oh boy! Gotta love boys and their football!

Yesterday, we took Ethan to BUILD~A~BEAR for his first time EVER! A BIG BIG THANK YOU to the Harrisons (Nathan, Ashley, Jack, and Baby Brother)!!! The Harrisons gave Ethan a gift card for his birthday. It was so fun! Ethan probably talked about his adventure at Build a Bear like 10 times after we left. He told us in short words over and over what he did there to make his "BIG WOLF". He named and dressed his wolf on his own, it was priceless! Thank you Harrisons, we will never forget this trip to Build a Bear.

~Jenny and Todd's Wedding ~
This weekend one of my best friends got married! The festivities started early afternoon with some of the maids and bride getting their nails done. Then that evening was rehearsal at church. Ethan and I were both in their wedding, we felt so blessed and honored to be a part of their big day! I was a brides maid, and Ethan was a ring bearer. My dear Friend Ashley ( who was also a maid), son Timothy was a ring bearer. I really liked how all of us bridesmaids and bride have been very close friends for many years, some since elementary! It was so sweet that Timothy and Ethan have always been friends, so watching them grow up together has been fun. It was definitely a special wedding party. The rehearsal dinner was next that evening. The entire night before the wedding went really smoothly and we all had a blast. The next day was AMAZING. The wedding was perfect and so was the bride and groom. Ethan and Timothy walked down the aisle so nicely. They did such a good job, I was so proud of them! Not one of the boys even paused..... they walked down the aisle as if they did it every day ha! It was both of their first times being in a wedding:) A big thank you to my wonderful hubby and family for helping out with Ethan all day, it meant the world to me!
Jenny and Todd had a beautiful reception. We all had so much fun dancing the night away. My family and friends were all their to celebrate!! Congrats Mr and Mrs. Laux!!! Here are many many pictures....
