Tonight, we took Ethan to see Santa. It was a good time! Luckily, Ethan was in a good mood and somewhat well rested. Ethan was a complete ham again this year for the big jolly guy. He kept on blowing kisses to Santa and saying ho ho ho. What was really funny is that Ethan told Santa that his dog "DOE" bit him. See, for a while now...like 3 months ago ,Dora accidentally scratched Ethan. Dora would never bite Ethan, but when Ethan meets someone new he pulls up his hand and says doe bite. It's kind of a joke now! Ethan even told his Doctor when he was at his last check up....so funny! I had to explain to Ethan's Doctor that no..his dog did not bite him! Ethan was so happy his JaJa and Grandma came along to see Santa, Ethan loves them so much!
Visiting Santa was a good time, and we cannot wait to share this story with Ethan when he is older. This Adorable shirt is from our close friends Nathan, Ashley, & Jack Harrison. We just love it, thank you so much!

Thank You...Best Birthday Ever

Today, I had the best birthday a gal could ask for! I felt so blessed for how kind my best Friends and Family were to me. It fills my heart so full and it makes me feel so special.I was EXTREMLY happy with all of the generous gifts and birthday wishes...I just felt so lucky to have such a wonderful day. Thank You all for the love you sent me today....it just was the nicest thing to experience! I defiantly had the best birthday ever....the gifts, the cards,the birthday wishes,the special visits ,dinner and movie from my parents..... I feel very blessed to have you all in my life! Thank You Thank You!!!

All I Want for Christmas ......

This weekend was my kind of weekend! We got most of our Christmas shopping done and had the chance to just lounge around a bit. ..it was very nice. Tonight the hubby and I are getting much needed gift wrapping done! Now onto the big guy around here.......For a while now, every morning when Ethan wakes he hits his music toy that is attached to his crib to let mommy and daddy know he is awake. He will just keep hitting it until we go get him ha! I just had to share that random moment....now onto more....
Ethan has really been into his Christmas CD, he just loves being silly and dancing to it. We have been reading some Christmas books such as this one..... The "Snowman" was my brother's aka Uncle Bob's favorite book back in the day. I bought this book last year and I am so glad I did, he seems to really enjoy it. The book has many pop-ups..which he loves. He also is digging an adorable Christmas sing-along book that my Friend Lisa sent him, thank you Lisa! I am glad he enjoys books so much!

Many times today Ethan wanted to crawl under objects and just chill..he is so funny. Gezzz his legs look so long...he is growing way to fast for me. Here is a picture of Ethan's first snow suit that his Aunt Shannon just could not wait to give him.She is so funny...she told me the reason why she gave him his snow suit early is because she wanted to see if it would fit. It is so hard for her to keep surprises! Anyways, we all love it! We cannot wait to go sledding now!

Speaking of Aunt Shannon.....here we go.....Here is a photo session from today of Ethan wearing a Special Shirt for you!!! Before I go, one more thing, Ethan did get his two front teeth for Christmas. We have had a very cranky little guy on our hands, because his two front teethers came in. Hope you all have a great week... I know we have many fun things planned. I love the holiday season!!!

Holiday Craft Fun at our House

On Friday, we hosted our first play date in our home with the Moms club. We hosted a craft play date where the kiddos made snowman shirt or bags. It was a great hit! I had some snacks and drinks laying out and of course toys upstairs and downstairs in our playrooms. After everyone left Ethan crashed within seconds, he was absolutely delirious from all of the action in our home! I heard from some of the moms that their kiddos slept for hours that afternoon...ha! I know Ethan did:)And yes....that is my son in the last two pictures eating off the floor in his diaper. He had just woke up and needed marshmallows immediately... he had a party hangover lol!

Melts My Heart

This morning when I went to put Ethan in his highchair to eat breakfast this is the note I found from Daddy to Ethan. It said," Ethan, If You Wake Me Up I will take you to Breakfast, Love Daddy." Now, this is the sweetest thing ever. If you all know my hubby he works so many long hours so in the morning he is extremely tired. So now they are off at breakfast and I get to enjoy and nice long quiet warm shower.....yes!!!

Weekend Fun!!!!

This weekend was so fun for Nathan and I. Saturday night, we attended my father-in-law's company Holiday Party at the Crown Plaza downtown Indianapolis. It was very nice because we were also staying at the Crown Plaza. It was such a beautiful place to stay,exspecially this time of year! We were told by many that at times, the Colts stay at the Crown Plaza before games. The Lucus Oil Stadium is just around the corner! I actually won $100 dollars at the Holiday Party! I have really never won anything, so you would have thought I won the lottery.
On Sunday morning we had breakfast with Nathan's parents and then meet up with some friend's (Justin& Lisa) before the Colts game. As always, we had so much fun catching up with them! It was nice to spend some time with the while we were there! We were so thankful for Nathan's father having us for such an amazing weekend. Of course, we missed Ethan more than words, but we were told he had a blast. My mom said Ethan even slept in until 8am on Sunday morning ! This never happens with me ha...funny how that goes right ...just kidding:)
When we arrived to my parents house Sunday night to pick up Ethan, we could not stop hugging and kissing him. It was sooooo good to see our baby!


This was our hotel room, or shall I say our Train Cabin room. The rooms were old train cabins. It was so neat! I have never seen such a neat room before! Where we stayed was once long ago a huge train station. The place is huge, we got lost many times.
