I Love Daddy !!!!!!

So, this week has been extremely emotional with the passing of Sam. We all are so tired and miss him dearly. Thank you all so much for the prayers for our family, but most importantly Shannon and Adam's family. They need as much support and prayers as they can get.... Thank You all and Please keep the Prayers Coming, we are so thankful for them:)

Last week, on November 11th was our 3 YEAR anniversary. It was a very special day, and I planned a blog post to my hubby but I never had the chance to get it on here. I do want to say that I am a very lucky wifey because, I have the bestest friend/hubby a gal could ever ask for. He is so good to me and is the best Daddy in the whole wide world. Ethan and I are so blessed to have him! We LOVE you....

At the bottom of this post is a video of Ethan following Daddy in his mower. I have to say that I could watch this video over and over because it is the cutest thing I have ever seen. He wants to be just like his daddy....and loves every minute of being with his daddy.

Please Pray: Remembering Sam

Last night, my brother in law (Uncle Adam; My sister's husband), brother died in a car accident. Adam's brother Sam was a young teenager who was full of life and was sweet as can be. Sam is with god now, but we will miss him more than words could show. Please, pray for the Ohlenkamps at this time.

Besides Ethan keeping busy with all of this....we had a very eventful weekend. Nathan and I weren't home all day Saturday so today we relaxed .The Weather this weekend was extremely nice. We were happy to enjoy much needed time outdoors before the cold winter arrives before our eyes.

This picture was taken by my parents when they took Ethan out to dinner on Saturday.......I think Ethan looks so much Older in this picture. He is growing so fast! My parents told me that Ethan was an angel at dinner. He was so well -behaved and was talking up a storm to the waitress. Ethan even tried ordering from the menu.

Almost 15 Months Old

This Almost 15 Month Old is so much fun these days.Don't get me wrong everything isn't always perfect around here, sometimes Nathan and I ask each other if Ethan is already in his terrible two's! With parenting I know we will have our good and bad days. Whatever day we seem to be having we get get through it. Not a day that goes by do we not thank the lord for making us parents to an Amazing Little Boy! We do this every day... we pray and pray about our Ethan.
Ethan is on the go more than ever. If he is not trying to open a door (sneaky little guy), or dumping Dora's dog food out and eating it, he is acting like he is having a full conversation on his fake cell phone. He is speaking to whoever on the other end very clearly. He can say "Hi, Bob....I love you!" Ethan's vocabulary has grown so much I think we have lost track. We are so proud of how well he can communicate with us. Just today he held out his hand and said "french fry" ahhhhh what have we started lol!!!
Ethan can DANCE! He knows how to move...and I mean move. He likes to twirl in a circle and go low with his body and arms. He is so energetic.... it's crazy. Ethan also loves to show us football moves and rough house with his daddy. Speaking of his Daddy he is A PURE 100% DADDY'S BOY. When Daddy leaves to work tears start, it is so sad. Who is Mommy anyways right? j/k
I don't know what it is lately with me posting pajama pictures of Ethan...but when I put these new Nick&Nora Target PJ'S on Ethan ....it melted my heart. Ahhh..... he is so precious..... Here is Ethan in action.....once again....

Happy Halloween From The Badgers!!!!!!!

The past two days have been so fun celebrating Halloween! This year was allot more eventful than Ethan's first Halloween..last year he was only 2 months old so we laid low!!! This Year he is older and can do so many fun things. Ethan loved being a Duck. He played the part so well! Ethan would go 'ackkk ackk ackk' !!!! He didn't understand much about Trick-Or-Treating ...but had so much fun. He would hold out his hand and sign more..... it was so cute:)
When we were at my parents watching the kids trick-or-treat Ethan would go up to the door and say "Hi Love You...Bye Bye" He did this all night:)
We think Ethan was the cutest Duck ever!!Hope you all had a great Halloween!
