Peek - A - BOO I see You

A couple of nights ago, before we put Ethan down for bedtime he started to play peek-a-boo with us. Well, I should say with Dora. It was the cutest thing I have ever seen. Ethan was laughing so hard when playing he suddenly had the hiccups. Ethan would pull the bumper bedding down and peek through the bars on his crib. SO FUNNY !

Ethan is extremely OBSESSED with playing with the door stopper ( is that what you call it?) ha! Every day all day Ethan crawls his way to play with the coolest thing ever to him! I am glad he loves it, I can maybe do the dishes while he plays with it ha! I had to post this picture of him in his highchair- he looks so big! He is growing and growing, Ethan is very tall.He would not look at the camera at all, but the picture defiantly shows how big of a baby he is!

9 Months Old - Our Little Monkey Is Growing way to Fast !!!

Wow -oh my oh my does time fly. I always remember people telling me "they grow up way to fast". That is the truth they do, Ethan has grown so quickly almost right before our eyes. Today we felt Extremely happy and blessed to celebrate Ethan's 9 month birthday. We love him to pieces.... we cannot even describe how much love we have for him. It is such a strong endless kind of love, we have never been so in love in our entire lives.... Ethan is all over the place CRAWLING and pulling himself up on everything. If I am lucky I can finally sit down during nap time or after bedtime. He is everywhere all day every day. Ethan is learning-doing something new everyday- he is quite the explorer. Ethan still does not have any teeth.... but is teething very badly. Today we had Ethan's 9 month check up. Our amazing pediatrician Dr. Moustafa said Ethan is doing Excellent and was very impressed on how well Ethan is learning. As always Ethan was a show off for the Doctor. He was talking away, clapping his hands, being a complete hoot! I will say when the doctor tried checking Ethan out, Ethan was not a big fan of that.... he began to cry and pull away allot. I felt like I worked out at the gym for an hour after our doc appointment lol!!!! Moustafa explained to me that Ethan is going through the Mommy stage, and will have bad stranger anxiety ... this explains everything. Ethan has been such a mommy's boy ( I am not complaining ha!), and if he does not know you ...watch out... he puckers up and cries.

We were told by doc that Ethan can start stage 3 foods ..... yea!!!

Ethan :

- You love to snap your fingers ( well try) to any kind of music, along with dancing.

- Bath time continues to be your favorite part of the day.

- You mock our facial expressions and sounds.... you will look when we say look at light, car, dog. you are very smart.

- You LOVE your dog DORA :) It is hard for mommy and daddy to give you food because it goes directly to Dora.

- You love the theme song Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and you really love when we say ELMO.

-Outdoors is your new hangout .

-You love to play with Burke, and pull his hair( not nice.... we have to say NO NO)

- You wear 12 month clothing- today you lost an ounce... but grew allot.... Doc said because you are extremely active. You are almost 19 pounds.

- You are not a big fan of sleeping through the night, you still get up at least 2 times - and strangers.

- You love your new push car. If we put you in it Life is Good.

-You eat so MUCH, you are mommy and daddy's little piggy. You love FOOD!

There is so much more I could post but, I would go on forever. I focused on what I could ha!!!

You are an amazing little baby boy, and we love you ever so much. We are so thankful you are doing so well after everything you have been through. You are so strong!

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all!!! We hope you enjoy your special day. These pictures are from yesterday and today. The pictures of the Roses were delivered to Mommy from Ethan:) It was so cute! Yesturday, I was doing stuff around the house while Nathan and Ethan were playing outside. Someone was ringing the door bell non -stop ,so I opened the front door, and there was my bundle of joy Ethan in two flower pots smiling. The other pictures were from today in Ethan's Mother's Day outfit from Kara and her beautiful daughter Jadyn. We miss Kara and Jadyn so much! We are so thankful for the adorable outfit they sent for Ethan to wear today. It says " Mom number #1 Fan", I love it.

Busy Badgers

The past two days, Nathan aka Daddy has had off from work! So, we took advantage of that time and have been working outside on many projects. One of the projects was working on our first garden. Another project was planting my mother's day flowers. The next project was adding new landscaping. I am very thankful for a hard working husband and father that has made our yard beautiful. I could only help very little outside when Ethan would nap our my mom would take over and watch him. I will say one thing ETHAN LOVES THE OUTDOORS!!!! He loves everything about it. We have been having so much fun with Ethan outside. For the first time we used our pack and play for Ethan while I planted flowers. This ideal worked for maybe a whole 20 minutes ha!

Lately, we have been extremely busy. We looked at our calender until August and it looks like we have a birthday party/wedding/graduation/ yard work/ visiting family &friends /doc appointments for Ethan.....on all weekends/weekdays all summer long!!! We look forward to spending all our busy time with our precious baby boy!!!! I cannot believe Ethan is 9 months old next week :) He is growing up way to fast!!!

Oh and please excuse our long JUNGLE grass in the back yard.... it was cut soon after :)

A Beautiful Weekend with Family

This past Saturday Ethan and I hung out with my mother and sister all day. It was such a beautiful day to spend together. Ethan was so excited to be around them he would not take a nap all day.

Above are some pictures outside at my parents house. The flowers and trees were so beautiful. We have discovered Ethan LOVES the outdoors. He had so much fun playing with us outside. He loved feeling the rocks and flowers.

Recently my parents opened their pool, and Ethan knows exactly what it is and gets extremely excited when he sees water. He loves bath time so, I am sure he thinks it is a big one of those Ha! Daddy already bought Ethan his pool gear, it is very nice. We are opening our pool real soon. Nathan and I were just discussing how much fun and use we will finally get out of our pool now with having Ethan. It is so nice because our neighbors on both sides have babies and pools, so we can pool hop and swim with friends!

After hanging out outside we decided to go shopping at our outlet mall near home. While shopping, Auntie Shannon carried Ethan in our baby carrier the entire time. Ethan absolutely loved this, he was clapping and talking non-stop. It was super cute.

We probably give Ethan a thousand and some kisses a day. We are crazy in love with our son. He is such a sweet baby. I am proud to say that I am the only one Ethan will give kisses, I LOVE IT! Ethan continues to have such a funny easy going personality, he is so happy. Here are some pictures of our love from the past two weeks. Oh and tonight he started to crawl some.... he is almost there. Soon I will post some pictures of our first garden. It has been so exciting to plan and plant all the vegetables. When even planted a pumpkin for Ethan next Fall.
